Super Bowl G.O.A.T
Super Bowl LV had a lot of history. Three women on the sidelines. Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Lori Locust (Assistant Defensive Line Coach) and Maral Javadifar (Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach). Sarah Thomas was the first NFL Official to officiate the big game.
It was the first time that a team was hosting, playing at home in the NFL’s championship game. Tampa Bay was led by quarterback Tom Brady, the oldest player (43) to appear in the Super Bowl. Going into the game, we knew that Brady had reached the opportunity to play for the Lombardi Trophy a record 10 times. We also knew that winning it would give him his 7th ring, the most for any player. We didn’t know that #LFG meant he was going to set new records for a Super Bowl performance.
According to ELIAS Sports Bureau, Brady also set these records as the Bucs beat the Kansas City Chiefs, 31 – 9.
