Super Bowl XLIX: Patriots On Defense
Everyone knows about the New England Patriots offense, but the improvements made on the defensive side of the ball is the reason that the Patriots are in Arizona for Super Bowl XLIX. The secondary has the veteran experience and leadership of cornerbacks Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. The linebacker corps of Dont’a Hightower and Jamie Collins stepped up after defensive captain Jerod Mayo suffered a torn patellar tendon. Good thing because they have their work cut out for them handling the mobility of Russell Wilson and power of Marshawn Lynch on the Seahawks.
Here are all of the players that will most likely start or play a major role on Sunday.
