College Football Kickoff

The Associated Press (AP) released its Preseason Top 25 rankings over the weekend.  The University of Southern California is No. 1 followed by #2 University of Alabama (Alabama) and #3 Louisiana State University (LSU).  LSU took the top spot on USA Today’s coaches’ poll that was revealed earlier this month.

The Southeastern Conference (SEC) and the Big 12 tied for the most number of schools in the top 25 with six each.  The Big Ten has five schools starting the season ranked in the top 25 led by the University of Michigan (Michigan) at #8.

The top 10 is guaranteed to change after the first weekend of the season.  Alabama and Michigan meet in Arlington, Texas for the fourth Cowboys Classic on September 1.   I think that my thoughts on this game are clear. #GoBlue #BeatBama
